A chatting software

I have 3impact engine ([login to view URL]), I wanna have a clone of this chatting software: [login to view URL] Since 3impact engine is really fit this project so I think it can be easily finished by yer talent. I'll provide the animated 3d character model for you and all the art work too, you just do the coding. About the software, it'll have the same features of the IMVU above, but my hair models have some transparency texture to look more cool, I want it has transparent alpha in realtime too (the engine can do this well). And if it could be solve easily, I'd like the software can interact with Yahoo Messegner too, the user can login using YM ID and chat using our software (like Trilliant). And unlike the IMVU, almost the models will install with the software so the user will not have to download extra model while chatting. All the upgrade will be done-offline. We don't have to do the online shopping stuff, account money ect. Just the chatting system!! It'll save lot of developing time for us rite? I'm just a college student, not a company or something, and the software is freely distribute for my friends. So please don't offer a so high price ..
