I'm looking to register for my first business with a well knowledge base crew consisting of 3 people as a roofing company, one marketing and one accountant as part time employees. My goals will include receiving financial loan for startup (insurance cost, purchasing equipment, crew on a payroll and advertisement.) I would like to start with a realistic goal of 1-2 houses/roofs a week pending the square ft of the house. Pricing for hire for myself and my crew will range from $1,500 - $5,900 per roof including material. I'm looking for a business plan that is 3 pages maybe 4 pages tops, short sweet and to the point.
