Hi Darshan, This is how I Plan to go ahead with the project - - Revenue Projections - Will need to understand how the business plan was initially built, this is required to establish how things are interlinked. This becomes even more crucial as it is mentioned that revenue projections need to be changed. - Organisation chart - Will need to implement this change in the financial model as well. This should not take much of time. - Charts - I'm assuming the charts are based from the financial model, that was built, so any modification in the model should ideally change the chart as well, unless you are looking at the design level changes.
