New home model as per Kolkata corporation rules and regulations

I stay in my old residential two stored building. I have one sanctioned plan as per Kolkata corporation on ammonia print for the ground floor. There is no plan for second storey. As the building s too old, the ground floor is almost below the road level. Water is coming into my ground floor at time of heavy rain. Also the floors are of normal cement finish and the cabling, washrooms are of old types. In this scenario, there may be 3 options: Option 1. Repair my existing house with modern facilities and elevate my ground floor to higher level (at least 3 feet along with DPC layer) if possible Option 2. We have free land within our boundary wall, beside my existing house. We may build some extended structure there, shift to that newly buildup area, and then renovate existing building Option 3. Demolish the existing structure and build a new home entirely I am uploading the site plan and ground floor plan with this post. I need 3D Revit file for option 2 (extending new structure and refurbish existing building) or option 3 (demolish existing building and build a new one) whichever you feel is good for this kind of job. I expect more than 30% of the total plot area will be open. There will be a two stored plan and plan should be as per norms of Kolkata corporation. So, the deliverable will be one Revit file, which will show a two stored building and will be in the plot plan following the norms of Kolkata corporation for sanction.
