I am interested in your project to provide 3d renderings and plan layouts. I have over 25 years of CAD experience and have done several renderings of homes and buildings. I do the 3d modeling in a program called Turbo Floor Plan 3d Pro 2019. The floor plans can easily be exported to a file type that can be opened in most any other CAD program.
