-Remove “thinking spots”
-Remove “umms”, “ahhs” and “you knows”
-Remove any “dead air” with no conversation taking place
-Possibly separate the audio into more than one file

Should be a pretty simple quick turn around job depending on the length.
Once the clipping is done, upon request I'll be able to...
1. Close the time gap of the pauses caused by the clipping while keeping the dialog at a natural pace/rhythm.
2. Make any requested pauses left in natural and not have any hard clipping from editing.
3. Clean the audio if needed.
4. Add Eq to balance the aural spectrum to be more pleasing.
5. Add Compression/limitation to get the volume dynamics more even.
6. Convert the audio files into any format, bitrate or quality.
