Experienced .net c# programmer developer to complete web application

HI This is to trouble shoot and complete a project started by a coder who has programmed the back end but did not grasp the functionality and proper user interface (user friendliness) ...as well not experienced enough. You must be availaible to start immediatley and are able to work full time for about three weeks. This project is to develop a web based solution for our client to be able to monitor and process invoices for repair work done under warranty to their eqiupment. (no payment system is required) The three main componenets are necessary - member based account system for field repair companies to submit invoices for their work - web form based claims ( with validation) forms for submitting invoice for parts and labour - Administering, reporting and tracking Please refer to the attached files for details. they contain the basic forms to be developed.
