Project Title: Custom AI Chatbot Platform: Website Primary Function: Customer Support Level of Complexity: Medium (customer interactions) Description: I am looking for a skilled developer to build a custom AI chatbot for my website. The chatbot should be able to provide customer support and handle customer interactions. Skills and Experience Needed: - Proficiency in building chatbots for websites - Strong understanding of customer support processes and best practices - Experience in designing and implementing conversational interfaces - Knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning algorithms The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing chatbots with medium complexity, focusing on customer interactions. They should also be familiar with integrating chatbots into websites and have a solid understanding of user experience design principles. This project will be for my online retail store where I will sell famous branded products such as Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Moschino, Calvin Klein, Diesel and more. I will likely start by selling 1,000 products for now and likely increase the number of products I'm selling in the future. I want a chatbot on my website that can work as a "wow factor" Not just a basic chatbot people are already used to, but this feature has to be something that can turn heads and go "wow", making people want to visit my store and check out the products that I'm selling, This feature's purpose is to help users shop in a more fun and entertaining way and also help users make their choices/decisions in choosing which product they want to buy. If this can be implemented, I believe it will have a lot of marketing potential that can bring more people into my website. Now please read everything I wrote below. The chatbot should be able to have a two way conversation with a user/ visitor of my website. The conversation/interaction between a user and a chatbot should either be a vocal communication (like a call) or a text communication (typing) We will call this AI assistant chatbot "Tuscan" When the user says "Tuscan" then the chatbot should be activated and respond to the user like "Hi, how can I help you?" Again, the chatbot should be activated by his name, Tuscan. Think of the movie Ironman and how Tony Stark says "Jarvis" to activate his virtual assistant. It should work the same way. When the user commands Tuscan to "Show me some products with discount offers" then Tuscan should take the user to a list of products that are on discount. Tuscan should not only respond to the user, but rather actually be able to take the user to different pages of the website while responding to the user. Example being, Tuscan : "Sure!, these are a list of products under discount, the discount is just up to this week so hurry up before they sell out!" (responds vocally while listening to user commands and performing the given task, which in this case is taking the user to a different page of the website to show the user products that are on discount) (think of Siri and Alexa, Tuscan should work the same way) When user tells Tuscan "show me some Gucci products" then Tuscan should take her to show her a list of Gucci products while also responding to the user (taking the user to a page on my website that will have Gucci products on sale) When the user tells Tuscan "show me some trench coats or leather jackets I can wear for this fall" then Tuscan shows her accordingly. If a user is shopping on my online store and is viewing a specific product, That user should even be able to ask questions such as "what do you think of this leather jacket" then Tuscan should respond accordingly, Tuscan should NOT say something like "I don't have an opinion as an AI chatbot" When the user asks "What material is this made out of? Is this PU leather or is it natural cowhide leather?" then Tuscan should respond and answer the user's questions. Not only that, Tuscan should also be able to speak FIRST to the user... For example, if a user is browsing a list of different leather jackets from my store, Tuscan can say something like: "Wow that is a cool leather jacket" I also want Tuscan to be able to have regular small talk with a user. Example being: User: Tuscan I'm not doing so well today Tuscan: I'm so sorry to hear that, can I ask you what's wrong? User: My boyfriend broke up with me Tuscan: That must be hard for you. But remember there's plenty of fish in the sea and that everything happens for a reason. I hope you will be able to get over him soon. Users should be able to either type to the chatbot or speak to the Tuscan (chatbot) and Tuscan should be able to perform the given task of listening to user commands regardless of whether the users are giving commands by text or by voice. Tuscan should obviously be able to answer commonly asked questions such as shipping, delivery time, refund policy, etc. It would be even better if users can choose Tuscan's voice. If one user prefers voice A for Tuscan then he should speak in that voice. If another user prefers voice B for Tuscan then he should speak in that voice as well. I'm also hoping that Tuscan will be able to generate celebrity voices as well like Elon Musk or Andrew Tate but if this is not possible then it's fine. Tuscan should also be able to remember previous conversations he had with a same user (for users who've allowed their digital cookies to be collected at their first visit) so that when the user looks for leather jackets on the first visit then exits, Tuscan should check on the user during their second visit with something like "Welcome back! I missed you, would you like me to take me back to the list of leather jackets you were looking at?" For users who want to shop quietly, there should be a switch off button at the top of the page where users can turn off Tuscan and accordingly Tuscan should stop speaking first and users have to turn on Tuscan again before being able to speak to it again. This feature has to work both on mobile and desktop. Please let me know if this is something of a possibility. In Summary, Tuscan should have the following features: -Immediate activation when user calls Tuscan by his name (Take Ironman’s Jarvis as an example) -Should be able to interact with a user by voice or chat (by voice, Tuscan should be able to respond to the user in it’s selected voice just like Siri or Alexa) -Should be usable in both desktop and mobile -Should be able to answer all user questions/inquiries related/relevant to the company (my online store), general questions (shipping, refund policy, etc) the brands (information on the brands of the products that I’m selling), and the products (any question about a product should be answered) -Not only that, Tuscan should be able to engage in small talk with a user as if Tuscan is a human (ex. User: Tuscan how are you today? Tuscan: I’m great! How’s things going for you?) -Should be able to have a two-way conversation with user by voice as well as chats (for users it will be just like having a call with a friend) -Should be able to give personal product recommendations to the user (ex. User: show me some shoes Tuscan: “from these lists of adidas shoes, this is the newest model and our newest release, I think these would look great on you, what’s your shoe size so I can check the availability for you?”) -Should be able to give out personal opinions on a specific product (ex. User: what do you think about these joggers? Tuscan: I love them.. These colors look beautiful) -Should be able to automatically TAKE users to certain pages of the website depending on user request while responding to the user command -Should be able to speak FIRST to the user (ex. when user is viewing a leather jacket, Tuscan says “wow that’s a cool jacket, this jacket is made out of 100% natural calf leather”) -Should remember conversations with a user (stored as a cookie) so that when a user visits my store again after exiting during their first visit, Tuscan can follow up with that specific user (“Welcome back! Would you like me to show you a list of trench coats you were looking at before?”) -For users who want to shop quietly, Tuscan should be able to be turned off -Tuscan should have multiple voices and users should be able to choose which voice they want Tuscan to speak with (both male and female voices should be available)
