I have worked with Arduinos a lot on several robotics projects one of them being to autonomously guide a custom prototype car to predefined waypoints. I have interfaced arduino with matlab and Labview.

We will use Arduino , and simulated system in Proteus. You can test the system via Team viewer. We will receipt any complain and upgrade. You can use external ADC like ADS1115 , 16 Bit adc to increase sensitivity. The result will be display on LCD 16x2 or 20 x 4 char. if necessary, the result can be saved on SD card.
