animate a book chapter

I am looking for a talented animator to bring a book chapter to life for a new and developing education platform in Australia. 2.5 D animation style with Kinetic typography / comic style / collage style / although mix media might be best. Some hand-drawing will be needed. Not looking for basic stuff or super-quick turnaround. The project will start with a single test short animation. Perhaps just a one-minute paid example. And if I find the right animator, will eventually become a series of 5-minute animations for a specific chapter from a book. And then many more animations using content from other books by authors such as Geoffrey Blainey. But just starting with the first one-minute paid test to begin with, so that I can find the right longer-term animator. The chapter to be animated is called The Real History of Slavery by Thomas Sowell. It’s basically turning an audio reading of the chapter into animation segments of roughly 5 minutes, so the entire chapter might be 15 short 5-minute videos. A successful animator will need to be able to be quite creative with storyboarding and have an interest in uncommon history. The animator does not need to be an Australian or an Australian company but will need to sign an IP agreement. I have a rough idea of what animation style. You don't have to have the specific "Skills Required" such as Adobe Flash if you use other programs and such. This is an example of a previous animation but is perhaps a bit too simplistic.
