Super admin web panel, school web panel, bus driver and student mobile application.
Super admin will check the monthly or annual subscriptions of the schools.
Super admin will sell packages to school users as many as the number of bus drivers. Virtual pos or cash.
And it will be able to extend the manual subscription period.
As student service increases, the school will be able to purchase additional service packages.
According to the selected package, the school management will start using the application.
The school administration will form the bus driver and their families and students.
He will appoint students to the shuttle drivers. And it will choose address locations.
The location of the phone application that the shuttle driver logs in will be tracked.
The bus driver, school management and families will be able to send separate messages among themselves.
Families will be able to track the location of the shuttle driver from the mobile application.
And according to the location of the shuttle driver, notifications will be sent to the families.
While the bus driver picks up the student;
Student accepted, not accepted, transfer to another service. Options will be added.
When the shuttle driver transfers the student to another service, the other service will accept the student from the application.
If the student is not taken to the service, he/she will write a note. And families won't be notified all day.
Families will be able to see the picture of the shuttle driver and the necessary information from the application.
School administrators can send routes to bus drivers.
Passwords will be sent to the families created by sms and e-mail.
The school will be able to see the daily activities live on the screen and follow all the bus drivers.
Families will be able to see the student's daily activities live on the screen and follow the bus drivers.
The bus driver will be able to automatically and manually send notifications to the family, such as the student was picked up from school, on the way, approaching home, leaving home.
Families will notify the bus driver and school management from the application if the student is sick.
Student registrations will only be made by the school administration.
In the first stage, the design parts will be simple and colorless. The system needs to run fast.
SMS will be sent when notifications cannot be forwarded from the internet.
Sms integration and virtual pos integration will be done.
Bus driver, school management and family app messaging and notifications will be live.
