Hi, I can assist you with this one. The company I'm currently working for mainly host their Web app in AWS, so working with this cloud is a second nature. AWS is very, very flexible, they do provide a lot of services (say RDS which allows you to run DB servers as a service, but it could be much more cheaper to run EC2 instance and configure DB yourself), different types of servers and payment options. Hi, I am proficient in cloud infrastructure & app development and I can definitely help you out here. I also have hosting & DNS experience which may also be required. Without knowing much about your applications, you may be able to reduce costs further if you're planning to run these apps for more than 1 year, by deploying to Heroku rather than AWS. Heroku is free for the 1st 5 applications and the DB layer (postgres) is free for 10k rows, and you can integrate your app with S3 for storage. The caveat is that the free DB layer SLA states 'outages of up to 4 hours/month'. So, good for hobby apps or apps that do not require 99+% uptime. FYI, for 1 year AWS will allow you to run 1 small EC2 server (linux or MS) for free for 1 year and 1 DB server. After that period, charges will apply.
