Given a word in a particular foreign phonetic language, I'd like to synthesise an output voice in a particular accent/tone. I will give detailed rules for this accent/tone , so that by reading any word - you can tell how it should be phonetically sounded. There are 2x parts to this project - 1. Convert an image based PDF dictionary (English - New language) to a digital document using OCR software, and without losing the accents on the foreign word vowels. The output document will essentially be a dictionary, so that given an English word - we can lookup it's translation in the new language. 2. Given a word in the new language (which will have accents on its vowels), pronounce the word to sound like a native speaker, using the phonetic rules I will provide Thank you. I can do it perfectly.
