This is one out of over 12 scenes(see attached file) that is having a hard time getting the woman soldier's hair flowing to the beat convincingly; The hair is flowing in a "clump" instead of "freely"; It should also "whip/snap/twist" to the beat; I can give you better details; if interested, contact me for more visual info; This scene, plus 11 more have an unlimited budget; The job is overdue & needs yo get done at any cost, at least top dollar/market rate; The job is full character animation (2D) Disney style or Disney-trained preferred, or pretty dahm close.
