In my pursuit to find a efficient and reliable business partner, I require an individual who has excellent skills in account management, data entry, and more. Your role will not be confined to these tasks as it will also include: - Customer Support: You should be able to manage customer inquiries and provide prompt and high-quality support. - Social Media Management: Managing social networking accounts is a part of the job. I expect you to handle posting, answering comments, and growing our online community. - Bookkeeping: You are expected to assist in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments using QuickBooks or similar software. Time Commitment: This is a part-time role which would require less than 10 hours a week. Skills and Requirements: You need to be proficient with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of QuickBooks would be optimal but is not mandatory. Apart from these, excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous. Please make sure your bid reflects your understanding and commitment to carry out these tasks with high quality.
