I am looking for a developer who is a pro with installing and customising mailing list management php based software - either free (such as phplist), commercial or developed in-house - to implement for me including: - subscription form (that is spam proof from html injection etc) - ability to choose categories to signup to (must be able to have a large number of interest categories) - double opt-in - admin interface with subscriber management, newsletter management, configuration of templates etc. etc. - scheduled sendout- as well as automatic - automated unsubscription - security custom requirements include - the ability to put the subscription form on many areas of a website e.g. the section about health - and have the subscriber form automatically subscribe the user to that interest category - based on the current url e.g. [login to view URL] I do not want something being developed from scratch. Ideally I want a mature product that covers the feature set I require, but is also easily customisable I must be able to run the script from my own server (not a hosted solution). Bidders must provide references of work re: mailing list software - also proposed solution. You must have good knowledge of xhtml/css with good w3c compatible design standards.

I have good knowledge of xhtml/css and w3c standards. I have done a mailing list system for internal porpuses of a a membership site once (in php). I can customize phplist to have the exact features you need.
