Ammonia Reactor Modelling and Simulation -- 2

I'm searching for a proficient freelancer who can innovatively create a detailed model of an ammonia decomposition reactor from scratch using Comsol. Key tasks and deliverables: 1. Develop the Reactor Model: - The model should not only include detailed structural elements but also dynamically represent reactive processes. 2. Simulation Results: The expected output should be represented in the form of visual graphics to clearly communicate the simulated behavior of the reactor. 1. create and validate a process model for hydrogen production via ammonia decomposition using data from experiments 2. optimise the process parameters for higher conversion. 3. The most effective catalytic system for this investigation is a Ru-based catalyst. 4. A process model simulating the synthesis of hydrogen from ammonia using COMSOL MULTIPHYSICS SOFTWARE. 5. The impact of each process parameter on ammonia conversion and hydrogen yield being examined using the one-factor-at-a-time approach (OFAT). 6. The response surface method (RSM) is used using Design Expert to ascertain the ideal process parameters. 7. Reactor temperature, feed pressure, and ammonia flowrate are the process parameters that should be investigated. 8. The study examined the following ranges: 400°C to 450°C, 2 bar to 6 bar, and 0.5-1.0 LN/min for reactor temperature, pressure, and ammonia flowrate, respectively.
