With a total area of 1600m2, the architect must navigate the challenging terrain to accommodate two villas, each spanning between 200-250m2, boasting three bedrooms, expansive outdoor patios, and private swimming pools. Strategic positioning of the villas is essential, with careful consideration given to preserving space for a potential third villa in the future. Height restrictions stipulate that villas cannot exceed 6m2 in total height, inclusive of any pillar dimensions measured from the lowest point of the ground upwards. Comprehensive land and drone surveys are available for reference, aiding in the meticulous planning and execution of the project. Output Delivery in Iterative Stages: The project will proceed through several iterative stages, ensuring comprehensive development and refinement at each step: Unit/Block Layout with Initial Design Report: The architect will provide a detailed layout of the villas, accompanied by an initial design report outlining the conceptual framework and key design considerations.
