My vTiger installation doesn't seem to match the help guides. I.e. the help guide says to change a label you go to Settings, Module Manager, Labels Editor - but this Editor is not visible. There are various other issues, the notifications in workflow aren't working correctly, the company logo is not appearing, the webform layout needs to be changed etc, etc.

Client is trying to export this quote But the PDF file is missing some of the product images. In the PDF File the images are replaced by a red X. We are having issue's non stop with our dialer. It has caused us to lose a lot of employees and we are really needing to rebound this year! We noticed the conferences had disappeared from system on Sunday. My partner was at the office overnight and said the system would not work.
