I have an Intake form that I need some adjustments made to. I'm missing a few areas of intake such as, zip code, signature box, auto sum, and some other boxes. I'm wondering how much it will cost to make amendments to my current form.

I have a feature on my site where my users can create an event using The Events Calendar – Community Events plugin. I would like to add a custom field to this form that will display an image gallery where users can upload their images. I have chosen Advanced Custom Fields for this, as I use it for other parts of the site and it has the capability I'm looking for. I have tried integrating this already, and I managed to get the image gallery upload field displaying on the form.
