...current Jenkins instance from version 2.346.3 to 2.387.3. I have mixed Windows/Ubuntu builds and each time I upgrade Jenkins is unresponsive. The plugins cannot be upgraded first b/c many plugins do not work with 2.346.3 after the plugin has been upgraded. The controller node is Ubuntu. You have to talk me through the steps in a screen share. My guess is that version of Java was bumped and certain plugs are out of sync with the Java version.
