Can you do the microchip assembly language migration from PIC16F690 to PIC16F18344

I want a code developed in CCS C platform which ZMPT101B PT is used to read AC Voltage wave forms( Peak value and RMS value) and display the value on a Serial Terminal. PIC16F690 is in the diagram but Other PIC micro can be used. I want a code that is free from Blocking Delays.

This is a change/modification to an earlier project that i posted. I made the change after careful study and advice. It a control for inverter (PIC16F690)without producing the drive signal. LCD Display modules using PIC16F690 needs firmware upgrade. The PIC16F690 translates RS-232, I2C, and SPI communication into standard 4-bit Parallel LCD commands. The LCD hardware is already designed, sample hardware can be provided for testing. 22 required instructions and parameters are defined. Old code is not available, new firmware needs to start from scratch.

hi man , the project contain 2 pic16f690 one as TX and the other is RX i have ADPCM code for encoder and decoder for PIC16f690 , and the simulation for it, the problem i face is that it always give me 00,,08,,09 in the output in the tx, it should be change as the input is voice, can you handle this project to see what is the problem , i can send you files if you want . regards and thanks
