I have a lookup table that returns text; either, Red, Blue, Black, Green, Purple, M...Purple, Maroon, or Grey depending on the lookup criteria. They show up in black font color in the destination cell. I need a macro that will run automatically and change the font color to be the same as the text reads. For example, if the lookup table reports Red, into cell C6, then change the font color to red. If the table reports purple, then change the font color to purple, etc. Further I want several other cells (say D23, H12, and K23) to be shaded the same color as the changed text color. I find it awkward to first convert a PDF into a tif. The purpose of the Simulator is to project the outcome of the tournament using various known inputs. The macro currently does not work as the version is out of date, but an experienced Excel user should be able to view the code and update accordingly. I am enthusiast for futuristic desig of aeroplanes and are working on model of special beam. I am usnig FreeCad tool for design.
