Specifically, I am looking for someone who can write a program for an Arduino Uno to work with MCP2515, LCD 20x4 and a GSM 900. The unit will only connect to the vehicles can-bus, so you must know J1939 protocol. It must get some readings from the ECM and when a fault occurs it must respond with relay outputs and can-bus signals to do certain things in the vehicle. I should be able to program it so that once it sees a specific J1939 message, it should be send out 5 volts to output pins.
