I'm looking set up a user interface based on a good open Source PHP Framework To scan DVBs TV Card using programs like DVBlast, TVHeadend or any other similar program for linux Typical DVBs tuner card is TBS Octal tuner No transcoding needed I just need to create a UDP URL from the UI You must be very familiar with TBS cards and the scan program like DVBlast If you havn't done any work in this area then you are not the right person
