We have a vb.net desktop application (2019). We are using DevExpress 20.1 to generate reports. We are drawing images on graphics, and a bitmap. The image quality is poor or the images cannot properly fit. We want to initially be able to change the dpi in the report so that images fit better. For example, the images are generated in 770 pix x 1100 vertical (scaled from another report).

The problem is that we used Epson SDK for printing bill/receipts in Arabic and it was not printing properly at beginning due to the encoding giving that i used UTF-8. Then we have came to conclusion that during the printing, we send English text to printer and Arabic we transfer text to Bitmap then send it to printer. Now Arabic is printing well HOWEVER it is printing very slowly. The slowness in printing is because of the app tries to connect to the printer using default Epson SDK for Connection in this link (). Hi, we have a MS Windows application with 24x24 pixel toolbar buttons. Each 24x24 section of the attached bitmap is for an individual button on the toolbar. We wish to convert the graphics to 64x64. The converted graphics don't have to be exact replicas but should be close enough. the 6th button (image of house) should have a small '+' graphic added to the lower right corner.
