XML Feed x 2

We have a wordpress property Portal that currently has an RSS Feed of the properties but we need to have 2 x XML feeds created so that our database synchronises with two other companies databases. Below are the feeds that our database will need to have xml feeds created for in order to update these sites with our properties so that they are synchronised: Feed 1: [login to view URL] Feed 2: please read documentation here which also includes a sample file: [login to view URL] This job is now VERY urgent as I have wasted a whole week with developers who have said that they can do this and who have no knoweldge of wordpress or xml .... Please only apply if you are familiar with wordpress and XML. If you are familiar with wordpress and xml then this job will take five minutes as our database very closely matches these two sites (just different named fields) so the work will be minimal. Wordpress also has an 'export' function which will enable you to customise the data exported and then just create an xml page for this data to appear on. The successful person will have a lot of future work with us....
