117619 Women/Girls website

This website is going to be a girl/women website. The website is going to be a community of girls, that help each other, check out advice on the site, and search for fashion on our site and the web. What we need is someone to basically give us advice(point us in the right direction)/build the entire website and understand what we are trying to accomplish. If you reply to this page, please say in your bid you have read and understood the project, if you have not then I will automatically assume it is an auto-reply and it will not be considered. Here's what we are looking for: GRAPHIC DESGIN: -We need to create a logo, and a few different versions and types of the same logo. -We need a design for the website itself, something to this effect(main colors: light blue, pink, white): [login to view URL] -We'll also need some various graphics for banners and promotions. -For each ratings/voting section we want the yes vote to be KISS and the no vote to be DISS, so when the girl's do vote they have a lip smack sound and image on the thing they voted on. And when the diss we can have slap sound, with the ability to have a red hand popup on the thing that the girl voted on. -We would like to have a very short flash introduction to the website, having something to do with fashion, etc... We'd also like them to only have to see that once, so placing a cookie or something else into the user's computer so they go right into the website the next time they visit would be good. BUILDING THE WEBSITE -The entire website need to be members only and it needs to have CMS system for administrating members and changing pages. We'd also like to have many things use AJAX method of interacting with webpages. The site also needs to give members their own member profile and the member profiles need to be searchable. I like the way vBulletin works and functions, if we could use the vBulletin software and modify it with MODS, STYLE MODS, etc... then I would like to do that because I am most familiar with administrating through their software. -We'd like to have a search feature to search on our website and we would also like to have an index/directory that girls can search for that would give them the ability to search their town and then find fashion, for example malls, shops, good deals around their town. -We need a place on the website to let the girls show off their pictures of their handbags/purses/any type of bag, clothes, closets, etc... Let others rate each one also. -We are going to need a section that can promote guys pictures that the girls can rate each guy picture. And the guys are ranked based on votes and ratings. COMMUNITY/FORUM -We want to have a listing of girls that need help picking out clothes right now, we also need one to let girls post to ask for advice on clothes(not urgently though) They will post their pictures with the clothes and others comment, vote, and rate the clothes for the girl that posted the picture and story. Please do let us know if there is any concerns, problems, advice to give, etc... to help us out in anyway. Or any thing we can do differently. We need to make sure this is scalable also.
