Wordpress Editing / Customization Project (simple)

Hello. I am developing a wordpress site using a theme created by 'Elegant WordPress Themes' Here is the theme in action (not my website): [login to view URL] I need someone familiar with wordpress to edit my site to incorporate some custom features of this page. I have already purchased the theme above and installed it. It only needs to be edited. Specifically, I need the following: 1. Below the main topic are three areas, on the example page they are labeled "about minimal", "our mission" and "meet the team". When you click on those links they go to a page with text that merely expands on the text content. I want to "fix" the main page text to a specific displayed text, then when they click on the links they are sent to an entirely different page that can be updated regularly via the wordpress CMS. I'd like to keep it simple, by leaving the page as is, but somehow allowing me to update the pages to include content I create that doesn't conflict with the format of the main page text. In other words, I want to include HTML in my pages for those three links/pages from the main page updatable from the Wordpress CMS. Currently when I try to post a huge amount of data, including photos, the main page displays data I do not want displayed. I am sure there is an easy fix for this, probably a simple entry text, whatever, but you're the expert, so show me! I want to be able to edit the pages without effecting the text on the main page (where the three sections are shown on the index page). 2. On the bottom left section, below the three sections, there is an "about" section and a picture on the example page, for some reason I can't get the picture to post there. Need you to show me how it is done (simple I'm sure). I'll supply picture, you make sure it works good :) That's it! Couple of simple fixes! The maximum I can afford for this project is $30. All bids higher than $30 will be summarily deleted. Please ask any questions you make have. When bidding, please explain briefly your ability to understand this project and why I should select you?
