Update WordPress Theme Header/Menu CSS gets messed up

Originally this site [login to view URL] started running Extremely slow to the point where it was timing out the server… The admin dashboard would crash etc… I hired 3 different techs 2 from fiverr and one from here. Nobody could fix it. I said screw it I installed a clean version of wordpress and reuploaded the most recent backup. Still crawling. I then updated the THEME VW Eco Nature and That’s what fixed the speed and all the errors except the header/menu area and FOOTERs are gone???? I guess the CSS changes when I updated the theme and gets all messed up. I have attached what it looks like now and what it is supposed to look like. make sure to scroll down to see the missing footer map I NEED THIS DONE TONIGHT…..
