Write some Software/Process using eBay's Finding API (findCompletedItems)

eBay Finding API (findCompletedItems) I would like to some code written that I can run in a Windows 7 environment (may upgrade to Windows 10 soon) on a win64 or win32 machine that calls the eBay Finding API (findCompletedItems). The code would retrieve completed listings (that resulted in a sale) that meet certain criteria and write the output to a CSV file. Please note that I need the auction item image or images for the item listing in addition to the CSV file. So another process will be needed to download these images…perhaps renamed to the item ID and a suffix if more than one. I am expecting to get roughly 5000 listings per day but this estimate could be off. I would love to only have to run it once a week but do not mind running it multiple times with different input (start and end date) especially if it was parameterized…just enter the start and end and it would iterate though the other dates. I might like to have some checks developed such as the number of records retrieved per run (either in total or by type) as well as something that checks for changes in the category structure and possible the version (from the getVersion call) Note: I should be smart enough to figure out how to slightly modify the code once it is written just not smart enough to actually write it. I will want access to raw code and I can substitute in my eBay developer program APPID. I may need a small rewrite-up or verbal explanation as to what is going on at a high to medium level. S. A." , “United States of America” (none of these are case specific) - I will give you the exact keywords once the project is assigned. OR categories: any of the following <21 total categories with "Stamps>Topical Stamps>Other Topical Stamps" as a example> I will give you the exact categories once the project is assigned.
