Here’s the Project: A database driven website that will host real estate & travel listings + future expansion into other areas. The site will not have shopping carts or reservation systems. It will include username/password access for members. Create a Website that includes the following: Searchable Database matching properties with multiple search criteria Website Profile Pages including images (Ask for sample) (Similar to a searchable hotel profile property on expedia) Member access: Username / password to easy update profile (Ask for sample) Members can easily upload images and update text in multiple fields Visitors can easily search by any method of multiple search criteria Web Hosting & Size Hosting will be done on our end Database will be hosted on our end Size will be very large and will grow with time. Project Length: Long Term Commitment (12 Months +) This project will take time to build and I am looking for a long-term partner that can grow the business with us. Start Date: As soon as possible What the site will look like: It will have a very clean design with 1 large photo on profile page and multiple other photos to scroll through (perhaps 5-10) The site will need to work fast so stay away from time-consuming design pages Benefits & Payment: 25% Stock In Company $100 Monthly Income for 12 months then re-negotiate Who we are: We are a US Based Real Estate Investment Company creating an offset company that will be web based.
