Simple design for a webpage

I am looking for a designer to make a one page website for a new site I am working on. I would like the design to be similar to one of my existing websites. Go to [login to view URL] and look at that design, I will explain below what needs to be created for the new site. The name of the new site will be 360Rentals ([login to view URL]) - Make a simple logo that looks very similar to the logo on top of [login to view URL], but replace "Virtual" with 360 Rentals and [login to view URL] url smaller under it. - Where it has "TAKE A VIRTUAL TOUR anytime from anywhere" replace that text with "RENTAL PROPERTY OWNERS - there is an easier, better way! - No search box on new site - I will need a tablet or computer screen with a cut out where I will give you the code to display the video in an inframe (like you see on [login to view URL]) The screen should be wider and not as high, opposite of the way it is there. - I will provide a different back ground image to blur (like on [login to view URL]) - Make the height of this section about 1/2 as high as what is on [login to view URL] - I will probably add a couple additional information pages later, so would need a header of some sort I could place on the additional page. - No sticky nav, I will just place some links on the page and likely in the footer. - I will make a demo page with the rest of the text to place on the page, there will not be any other graphics you need to create. If I use any other images in the body of the page I will provide it. The website will need to be smart phone friendly. I have some basic html knowledge and would be a plus if I could download the page and make some text changes or other simple changes myself. If you have any questions please ask before biding.
