Shopify Template installed and modification

I have a hosting site: ipage that host my site [login to view URL] I have purchased a template from [login to view URL] here is the template: [login to view URL] It is a Shopify Theme. I need the theme installed onto my server: [login to view URL] The following modifications needs to be made: You need to review the demo. 1) Copywright notice at bottom of ALL pages [login to view URL] 2) Logo that I have needs to be installed on all pages 3) The main header graphic needs to be edited to remove the word supplies 4) I sell coins but not supplies, any reference to the word supplies need to be removed along with any other pages related to it 5) All contact info must be inserted, will give that info on chosen programmer 6) Below the main graphic is 3 sections Gold Coins, Silver Coins and Ancient Coins, I need those removed 7) Off to the left you see collections. I will need all the collections removed and insert a total of about 15 different collections. From the collections I would need to have a sub-category made from those 15 collections that would list about 32 collections within those 15 main collections. 8) This template is suppose to have a carousel I will need that implemented. 9) I will need a Forum for the site and installed 10) Product types and Vendors needs to be removed from site 11) Whenever you click on an item the next page has more details about the coin. Within those details it has SKU I will need that renamed to BIN#, Where it says Barcode I will need that renamed to ID# 12) Remember Product Type and Vendor need to be removed from the template, no references to Vendor or Product Type 13) In the admin section, when entering new products for the description of the item, I need for you to embed about 3 lines of text that will have HTTP links. I do not want to enter this text every time I enter a new product. The text will be the same for ALL products. 14) In the description of the coins there is a video under the text: It conquers all ages, genders, religious and nationalities. I need all this to remain intact, including all text below the video. I will edit as needed. 15) Manufacture recommended age drop down, Material and Case needs to be removed from showing up on the description page Happy bidding!
