Hi If your tech guys already checked most of the configuration then I suspect there is nothing wrong with AD unless the issue is really with LDAP, was this the only server affected? You could create a new AD account and check if LDAP works, actually you can test LDAP if you have an admin account within your AD group. I can try to help you but not sure how long this may take. I will be on today and tomorrow but then off Satuarday just back on Sunday, are you working over weekends too? Thanks Rui
