build me a html5, or website or java or something thats interactive and clean. It's very basic - the background will be glowing and glittery like heaven and and icons which represent the chapters in the Quran. I want the icons to be as as if they're floating on clouds almost 3d, hologram almost. I want them to be bobbling but standing still - just as if it's the real thing with wind blowing and not being perfectly still. It's essentially a dictionary or organised layout of the Quran and when you click on it it brings up the chapters and starts speaking with in English or in Arabic or both. I have each chapter with all of it's content split up ready to upload. to the page. I will also be added 10 top's about interesting facts where if I click on it it will direct me to the exact verse within the Quran. I would imagine there might be about 5 or so top 10's which would be the most talked about subjects or most interesting.
