Website Re-design: Drupal, web 2.0, SEO

Looking for a designer to create a .psd design / template and THEN convert into a FINISHED, LIVE, Drupal website. Below you will find my clients current site (as an attachment) and example sites that my client is wanting their current site to look like, and comments about what they like about EACH site... Freelancer will then CREATIVELY come up with a COMPETITIVE design that looks similar to the examples in the description below (#1-#4). WITHIN 48hrs (Preferably 24hrs) OF BEING ACCEPTED THE FREELANCER MUST PROVIDE A .PNG/.JPG OF THEIR PROPOSED SITE DESIGN. (i.e. within 24hrs you will have completed a photoshop mockup of what the site will look like, the homepage / and a generic content page). You will then have 5 days to complete the site. ** FREELANCER MUST BE GOOD AT COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS. Here is a test -- send me a pm with your Portfolio (or example sites), Location, Timezone, and preferred method of communication (should we pick your bid). ** PROJECT WILL BE PAID IN MILESTONES (% of winning bid per completion of each milestone). A.) (10%) -- 24hr-48hr deadline to .jpg/.png of proposed site design (must look competitive with examples below) B.) (30%) -- Drupal theme customization of proposed site design, and initial content (content provided to freelancer after .jpg/.png -- there will be a similar amount of content as the example sites below). C.) (60%) -- Completion of site. SEO optimization. Other minor adjustments. D.) (+5-15%) -- BONUS PAID FOR EXCELLENCE IN COMMUNICATION, SITE DESIGN, AND OVERALL ACHIEVEMENT OF PROJECT REQUIREMENTS. PROJECT SUMMARY: Take current html site (see attached images) and come up with a NEW design that looks competitive / similar to the following "example" sites according to comments, and BE WILLING TO MAKE CHANGES/ADJUSTMENTS TO DESIGN AFTER CLIENT HAS SEEN IT. Then turn that design into a LIVE drupal site, adding our content and images. This web site has a nice color and feel to it, I like the DESIGN the best - if I had a choice, I would use this one as our front page design! Less CLICKS, more mind reading???? Design that looks somewhat like a book, but this site isn't really professional , it looks home made, - I do like the ease of tabs at the side - OUR site will be pretty simple - yet we want to have lots of snaps for each tab and a few video clips.
