Kids Education Website Design

I need a website created for my company WIGU (When I Grow Up...). My company teaches real life skills to primary school children in Australia. Skills taught within my program include money management, first aid, emergency procedures, financial skills, domestic/home skills and social etiquette. I am looking for someone to create a simple, informational website for me that will illustrate to the schools of Australia what my program has to offer. It is important for the website to look... simple, educational, professional and fun (but not too kid like). The website must include the following: * Banner that incorporates the company colours, including the logo (created especially for the website). The banner is to be created by the winning bidder, but the logo will be supplied. * Easy navigation for clients - categories within the website need to be clear and easy to use. E.g. About us, Contact Us, Charity etc. (Preferably the use of a "speed bar" i.e. tabs for clients to navigate around the website). I prefer for the speed bar to be along the top, just below the banner. * In the "Contact Us" page, I would like an enquiry form where clients can fill in simple details of interest, and this is forwarded directly to my email. * One of my pages needs to be like a "blog" where I can add website articles/newspaper articles/images. This page needs to be easy to add to and changed whenever needed. * All pages need to fit together nicely, using a theme that is streamline throughout. It is essential that this website uses a platform that is easy for someone to edit material with no programming experience. In addition to this, clean coding is a must.
