Looking for a Web Designer to convert PSD files into HTML with CSS. We have around 20 files which needs to be converted. Some pages are lengthy but some are just simple only above the fold pages. See below specific Requirements before you place a bid Everything must be HAND CODED Must use Bootstrap latest version Use HTML5 and CSS3 Mobile Friendly and Responsive Design Use LESS CSS (Preferred but not mandatory) The plan is you can start converting 1 PSD to HTML. We will review the same and if everything is good, we will proceed. Or else, we will part ways happily. Make sure you stick to requirements everything will be good. So if for any reason we don't like the work, we will just cancel the project and Milestone will be refunded. You can show us the page on your server.

I use SCSS CSS. I use coffeescript. I use HTML5. I use bootstrap. I use haml. I can convert 1 psd to you, and show you the html page. by the way, if you give 20 people different psd, you need cost $0. So please upload the psd file to the website.
