HTML page: Multiple drop down link forms on one page

This is simple, single HTML page with less than 100 links. This is a utility page that generates pre-formated searches on a target website. The user creates the search by entering a search term into a text box on the HTML page. The text box places the search term into a URL string for that query with a command to submit the string into a new window on the target website. See the example links below. I have coded the links and the page. I need assistance to 1) clean up the HTML coding, and 2) clean up the utility page by grouping some of these text box queries together with drop down links. I was not able to code multiple drop down forms on the same utility page. There are 87 text box submission links. 20 links are stand [login to view URL] are not grouped into a dropdown menu. I originally coded the drop downs with "var curActionUrl" but this only works for one drop down per page.
