I I have a website design put together in a photoshop PSD file. I need it to be recreated into functional HTML/CSS. The site doesn't require any PHP coding, it's basically just an information portal for a small business. The site would need to scale correctly for tablet and mobile devices. It consists of about 6 individual pages. Just hit me up if you have any questions about the project. We would need the work done ASAP.
