Here is a lot of information for such a small easy job but I like to give as much information to my programmers as possible so you really know how to build what my clients need. My client needs a website design created similar to in color and professional design but better than [login to view URL] . It will be for a Real Estate Mortgage Loan Origination Officer employed by Envoy Mortgage. Their information to implement into the new site can be found at [login to view URL] where company videos, logos and some verbiage can be implemented into this new website. The company provides personal webdesign but my client needs a more professional look than a template they provide! "STRONG SEO" must be included for the area of Loan Origination in the region of California USA, all Counties and Cities of California (using the names in areas such as but not limited to each individual page metatag, page name, url, etc just to make sure it is really seen specific to these areas. "UPGRADED LOGO" A very nice animated or flash based banner is needed to really liven up the appearance of the site. I'm open to ideas but if you take the logo of Envoy Mortgage (just an idea), convert it into a 3D appearance similar to that of Trinity (the site you will be using as a guide of how to make the site look and their pyramid design in 3D) you could convert the 2D Envoy logo into a 3D with the flame above it really being a flickering real flame (appearance) as the intro into the site. Envoy is a big company so logos can be seen all over here ( [login to view URL] ). "BLOG" - A nice blog must be included that is really good for SEO to pickup and would look really nice for daily news. "GET FAMILIAR WITH WHAT A MLO OR MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR" IS. This is so you know how to really make this site look. Basically I provided the Trinity Real Estate above to give an idea of how it should look because that is my cousins site. He is a Mortgage Broker and he has a page for his sales agents. The MLO position is a bit different so if you read up on the Mortgage Loan Originator's position, you'll be able to rewrite information about a MLO and where he has a page that goes to sales agents, that part will also be the same for a MLO as MLO's also have sales agents work under them.
