303230 Site Design - XHTML/CSS

Please view the attached screen shot. The screen shot shows the current layout that I have knocked up by using DIV's and CSS. As you can see, I'm no designer! I need someone to take that structure, and make the site look professional with a web 2.0 look and feel. What's most important is that the existing DIV's are kept. You can move them around and completely re-write the CSS if needs be, but the DIV ID's need to stay as they are (with the possible exception of the top menu DIV which can be integrated into a flash header). The website sells SMS solutions so a design that shows pictures of mobile phones and a business like feel is required. I'd like the header to have some kind of professional flash feel. The top menu can be integrated into the flash header and the top menu DIV taken away if the designer feels it would look better. So, in conclusion I need some Photoshop work done and XHTML/CSS design work done to give the site a professional Web 2.0 style look and feel. The design should be simple, I do not want clutter on the site. I will also be taking the design and creating the member portal with the design. Please include your previous work samples in any bids. If you can make a quick mock up in Photoshop and include that in your bid I'm much more likely to choose you. I'll supply the current CSS file and the current HTML file to the winning bidder.
