Simple database search Web Site

We need someone to create a website with that will show search results from a database. There will be NO insert and UPDatE and Delete procedures, the database content is entirely static from as far as the Front end is concerned. You won't be writing an SQL. You will be given Stored procedures and views that upon execution return Recordsets with the required Data. Site will be consisting of 3 Main Pages. 1. Search engine (like Google main search box [login to view URL]) 2. Search Engine Result - All Results All results matching users search term will be showed here as overviews (like google results page). The second page must have in the top the search choices like the first page. It will show the results of one view like links to the third page ( like google). In the left it will have filters for the results like the one that [login to view URL] has for category, pool etc. Selecting one filter automatically it will execute the query with the selected filter. 3. Search Engine Results - View Result Detail page that shows a single Selected by user, record After selecting one link from the second page it will run three queries and the results will appear on the third page in three columns. The second and third column will show the results of two views. The first will show the results of a view but must have also the functionality from [login to view URL] that will filter the data again (by running a view that will be given to you). ** there are 3 types of results so we need 3 sets of the above... Besides the abovementioned 3 core pages, the site needs to support the following functionalities 1. Extra pages like About us etc - static content 2. User Sessions ,login and management 3. Social Network Integrations (Follow us, like etc) 4. On each result of page2 there must be the posibility to have actions, like Send with email etc. The code of this actions must be easy to update. We need Complete Site Creation, (Clean WEB DESIGN (no flash etc), based on some basic ideas we have.) SEO for a number of given keywords. Deployment of web site to given web server. Support and training for core site functionalities. The SITE's language is GREEK..
