reworking of current, non-completed website

I have a website that I've already paid 75% for and I hate it. It's currently in Wordpress. I have no preference using Wordpress or Weebly or anything else, really. I'm computer literate and pretty good with learning new skills- so whatever template would work the best and give me the layout and functionality and style I want I am okay with. We are a design + build remodeling company in Austin, Texas (progressive, urban and young city) and the site needs to be clean, fresh, modern, and a bit artistic. I would like the site to look a bit like this site- but we can talk about tweaks and such: [login to view URL] The above site has more items for sale, etc than we would have- so our site would not be exactly like this, but I would like it similar. I have admin support in a wordpress template already with most of the content uploaded, so it can be simply tweaked. This is what we currently have: [login to view URL] (I can give you the username: admin password: 1q2w3e4r Our logo and marketing materials have wood (oak color) in them so if we could incorporate that I think that would be great, but not the way that it looks on our website now. I do not like the way our site looks at all. The pictures on the site currently do not reflect our work either. I haven't sent our final pictures to our web developer. I have a more detailed, bulleted list on the exact pages, menu bar, etc that I want. I basically have written, designed, etc the whole site on a word document. I have all my content, my pictures, etc- I just need a better designed website. I would like to spend around $500-$700 on finishing the site- as I've already spent quite a lot. But, will entertain other offers because I want a nice site! Thanks yall!
