Pyramid Scheme Website and Software Working Like Multi-Level in a Social Network

Hello, im looking for some people to work with as my team. I need a person who can create a social network like mypace, facebook, hi5, etc. No matter this page hasnt all the technology that myspace use. But with a multi level system for all our community members. This system will allow to the members to make a payment each month and invite 3 friends, this 3 friends has to pay the same rate (by paypal for example) and this is the multi level system, some of the money go direct to the first person, then this 3 people invite other 3 people and the same thing happens, the first person still gets some money for the third but less than the second "generation" and this works for 7 generations down of each member. The system has to know exactly how many UDS is for each person depending the invitations of each member. I need someone who develop that.
