Looking for Expert IPB Skin Maker!

Two Skin Project for Invision Power Board! 1) I am interested in Upgrading a Old Popular Skin to v2.2 of Invision Power Services. I have a copy of skin I want upgraded. I would like to keep same colors and themes but obviously this skin needs to be rebuilt from the ground up to accomodate the new templates associated with Version 2.2 of Invision Power Board. I would also like to add a few modifications to the buttons. I would like to upgrade the button set to have glowing buttons when threads and topics are active. I am also requesting a custom banner with the name of my site on it. 2) I was also interested in creating a custom skin for Diablo II Lord Of Destruction. See link for details: [login to view URL] This skin is outdated as it was crafted during the release of Diablo II Lord Of Destruction. However, the look and feel of the skin are classic. I would like something similar but much more gaudy and detailed. I would like glowing buttons if possible to distinguish hot and active threads from inactive threads. I am also requesting a custom banner with the name of my site on it. I am looking for somebody who has made a lot of custom skins for invision power board.
