Re-Design, and Re-Organize Our Website - repost

We are a Faith Based Charity, that provides Free Lunches for the Homeless in Ukraine. We also provide free christian literature, emergency medication and provide free Shelter for Homeless. We do FUNDRAISING on OUR WEBSITE, to RAISE FUNDS FOR OUR WORK, which has NOT BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL. We have LOTS of Visitors,. but $0 in Revenue. YOUR JOB Would be to MAKE OUR WEBSITE in a Way, so that People WOuld Donate. Detailed requirements The current website is listed at www.KeepDoorsOpen.org. Our website RUNS Currently ON JOOMLA. We currently have around 200 US Visitors to our Website - WHO DO NOT DONATE Anything for our Cause. We Would like Designer to 1. MAKE OUR WEBSITE ATTRACTIVE IN A WAY, SO PEOPLE WOULD ACTUALLY DONATE. 2. I PREFER THE MAIN PAGE TO CHANGE FEW HIGH QUALITY IMAGES (around 10 or so), RANDOMLY, ABOUT THE WORK THAT WE DONE, WITH CERTAIN TEXT, TO MAKE PEOPLE DONATE. Please Use your Own WISDOM in Choosing Them, and the Text, that you Put on Them. For Example, Few images would explain about what we had allready done, please read our Case Statement, and those pictures would show our work, and the Numbers of People we HAD Helped. Some other images would link to our video sermons, which are online, Few Other Images Would Link to Our Page for the Building Project in UKRAINE. I have not posted it yet online, but i am including the information in attachments here. So that every time a person returns to our site, he is shown a random high quality image,about our work, and asked to donate. Or an image, about the work that we had done, with numbers of people we had helped (for that, please see the attached Case Statement with numbers.) Please choose the images from what we have there., or you maybe able to find something else, Also when person is actually on our mainpage, we would like the image to change to another one, every 5 seconds. 3. I LIKE COLORS SUCH AS RED, YELLOW, BLUE. Red is the Color of Action, to make people ACT, so it would be great, if you use that. Further requirements IF I DO SELECT YOUR FRONT PAGE DESIGN, YOU WOULD HAVE TO TRANSFER THE OLD CONTENT FROM THE OLD [login to view URL] WEBSITE, TO THE NEW WEBSITE. This includes ALL Of the Content, From ALL OF THE PAGES on OUR WEBSITE, THE NEW WEBSITE DOES NOT NOT HAVE TO RUN ON JOOMLA, HOWEVER I AM VERY FAMILIAR WITH JOOMLA. YOU WILL BE GIVEN A USERNAME and PASSWORD to our HOSTING, TO DO THAT WORK. again, if you choose you as a winner, you would have to transfer all of the content, and update our website with the new numbers, of people that we had helped. We will give you info on our hosting accounts, etc. Please only apply, if you are Familiar with Joomla, or other platform, and would be able to finish our website Completely to the New Design, All those pictures that are attached, are from our work that i had selected. Please use your wisdom when selecting which ones to use. You may use also anything else, that would Trigger PEOPLE To Donate. Please use your Own Taste, and CREATE A UNIQUE DESIGN, THAT WILL WORK TO MAKE THE PEOPLE, REACT, and DONATE. You may Do something different, But the Main Effect, is to Make the Person ACT, when they visit our site. Instead of pictures, you can create a small video etc. The only thing, is The PAGE MUST LOAD FAST!!!!! File types: You'll need to provide your design in AI and EPS formats.
