Drupal Business Analyst to help define small projects

Drupal Business Analyst to help me get small projects out the door I need a business analyst to help me create bid-ready product document descriptions for a number of small projects. 1) I will provide you with a document roughly describing a project. 2) You will read the document, ask me questions (via email) and come to understand exactly what I'm really after and then write up a project document and a balsamiq mockup which is sufficiently complete to actually put out to bid. 3) Each project document should take a couple days to complete. I don't want a huge document, just a very clean and easy to understand one. 4) All projects will be for Drupal 7 so you should be familier with Drupal methods and modules. The project document will clearly define content types, fields, roles, taxonomy, module dependencies etc. The way I envision a project document is this: a Google document with 5 sections like: 1. project name, brief description 2. project bid (description of the scope of the project, with enough information to put the project on freelancer for biding) 3. functional overview: the expected workflow and interface with balsamic thumbnails (linked to full-size image) 4. drupal architecture: expected content types, fields, taxonomy, roles, views and contrib module dependencies 5. development process: list of milestones (if necessary) and deliverables with suggested time required Typically, my projects will be relatively small (perhaps a week or two developer time) but I don't want to have to babysit the developers through the process. I need a clearly written project doucument. This bid is for an initial 3-day project as a trial. Please give me a price for one such project writeup and suggest to me what I am leaving out in a project description. (That will give me an idea as to your experience). Please, people with Drupal experience only. Drupal projects highly leverage common modules so one must be intimately familier with the various options for solving problems with existing Drupal solutions and Drupal 7 in particular.
