Looking for a long term and great web scraper

We need general info from 11k universities based onto this directory ([login to view URL]) into a csv format. As this is our first scraping job we are looking for a long term relationship with an excellent web scraper for further jobs involving amongst others scraping basic information from university websites. Hence we are looking for someone who does the job in a qualitative and fast way. For this job all information is available on the website www.4icu.org. For each university or knowledge centre we wish to have information about several entities. In attachment the desired entities are shown in row 1 of the excel table, an example is given in the 2nd row. With this information we will lay the groundworks to be able to rapidly expand our research community.
